In addition to our lease we require a parental agreement.

  • The security deposit is due in full at the time of the original signing, even if everyone is not available to sign at this time. There are no exceptions. The property will not be held without the paid security deposit.
  • Please know the exact address of the property that you wish to rent at the time you sign the lease. For example, 11 Oak - #1, Apt. A
  • A copy of the signed lease will be available for each tenant no fewer than seven days after the lease has been signed by each individual for that property.
  • Pass downs and carryover tenants for the '07-'08 School year will be considered on a case by case basis. Please notify our office prior to the renewal deadline if you wish to carry over or pass your house down.
  • Failure to meet these requirements may result in Uptown N High Rentals placing the property back on the list of available properties without further notice to you.
  • Please remember that a lease is legally binding agreement. Should there be something that you do not understand or have questions about, please ask or contact an attorney for legal advice before signing the lease.
  • Uptown N High Rentals serves as the property manager for the owner of the rental property named in the lease agreement for that property. We pride ourselves on excellent service to both our tenants and to the owners who have entrusted us with their property.
